Horizontals - Ledgers

A ledger is a horizontal member in a scaffolding system that connects vertical standards both lengthwise and crosswise. It is made from the same tubing as the standards and has welded blades at both ends to lock securely into the lower cups of the standards. Ledger lengths typically range from 0.5 m to 2.5 m, providing structural stability and support.

Vertical - Standards

The vertical member in the Cuplock system is constructed from high-quality ISI standard YST 210 grade steel tubing, featuring an outer diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 3.2 mm. Welded bottom cups are spaced at consistent intervals, while

the top cups remain loose to allow quick and

secure locking of horizontal members from

any angle. These verticals are available in sizes

ranging from 0.5 meters to

3.0 meters.
