• Delayed payments may attract interest charges or suspension of delivery.

• No extra payments beyond the agreed quotation value shall be entertained under any circumstances.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on material availability and production schedules.

• Risk and ownership of goods transfer upon dispatch or as specified in the order terms.

• Aloft Ventures shall not be liable for delays caused by transport, force majeure, or customer-related issues.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Products are warranted against manufacturing defects as specified in the warranty clause of the invoice or agreement.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

• Our liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective items at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
